Our team of highly skilled engineers is able to bring your project to life, whether it be from a CAD/CAM file, drawing, conceptual idea or the reverse engineering of an existing part. Before any product is run, Double C Machine's engineering staff will perfect your prototype design using SolidWorks and their many years of experience.

Machining and Manufacturing

Our company specializes in CNC turning and CNC milling. Our CNC machining operations are further complimented by more traditional machine shop equipment, featuring single and multi-spindle screw machines. Furthermore, our facilities are able to offer die and mould fabrication, we use MasterCam to make programs for CNC machinery. Every machining operation is documented and inspected to meet customers' specifications the first time.  Double C Machine prides itself in providing rigid quality control ensuring substandard products are never dispatched.  This mentality is not only reflected at the managerial level, but by those on the shop room floor as well.

Post-Production and Delivery

Other features that Double C Machine offers are product coating, finishing and assembly of the final products or sub-assembly components. 

We will accommodate blanket orders with multiple shipping dates and will be able to ship products quickly for Just-in-Time (JIT) orders.
